Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are processed during normal business days only. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During new product releases, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order subtotal:

Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 5–10 business days after your order has been shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Remote or rural locations may require additional transit time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after the shipment has been processed by the carrier.
Shipping Damage, Loss & Delivery Issues
PanelHub carefully inspects and packages every order before it leaves our store.
Once your shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's responsibility. While we are happy to assist with carrier claims where appropriate, PanelHub is not responsible for shipping delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit, except where required by applicable law.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or is missing, please notify both the shipping carrier and PanelHub within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of the shipping carton, shipping label, internal packaging, and damaged item to help us investigate the issue.
