Mr. Super Clear UV Cut Gloss Top Coat Spray

Formulated with UV-cutting properties, this clear coat helps reduce the effects of ultraviolet light on painted surfaces, making it useful for models and display pieces that may be exposed to ambient sunlight over time. The gloss finish enhances colour depth and provides a smooth, reflective surface suitable for final presentation or as an intermediate layer before additional finishing work.
Mr. Super Clear is a Mr. Color-based solvent clear coat, giving it a strong and durable finish compared with water-based top coats. It is intended primarily for compatible lacquer-painted surfaces and should not be applied over water-based paints unless compatibility has been tested carefully.
For best results, apply several light coats rather than one heavy coat. Avoid spraying in high humidity, as moisture can cause the finish to turn cloudy or white. GSI Creos also advises against spraying Mr. Super Clear directly over slide marks / water-transfer decals.
